Including the building, outbuildings, walls, gates, fences, and landlord's fixtures and fittings, tanks, drains, pipes and cables servicing the buildings.

Covers automatically include:

• Trace and Access in respect of Water/Oil Leakage
• Damage by Emergency Service Vehicles
• Landscaping Damage
• Rent Payable
• Replacement of Locks

Trade Contents

Including fixture and fittings, machinery and all other contents including shop/office front, external signs, business books, stock in trade, telephone installation, gas or electricity meter etc

Additional Cover (Trade Contents Only)

• Trade fixtures and fittings temporarily removed from the premises up to a limit of 15% of Sum Insured
• Accidental damage of fixed glass
• Seasonal Increase of 25% to the Sum Insured at Christmas and Easter
• Loss or damage to Money including
  - Crossed Cheques up to €325,000
  - in a locked safe up to €2,000
  - in your home or that of an authorised employee up to €650
• Malicious attack up to €20,000
• Employers Liability up to €13,000,000
• Public and Products Liability up to €2,600,000
• Tenants Liability up to 15% of Sums Insured of Trade Contents
• Business Interruption - This covers you against loss of income and/or extra expenses incurred as a result of interruption or interference to your Business caused by damage to Buildings or Contents

Your policy can also be extended to include Accidental Damage to Buildings or Trade Contents

Optional Covers

Frozen Foods

Loss or Damage of frozen food following an accidental failure of the power supply or breakdown of the appliance.

Goods in Transit

Covers goods in transit during collection and delivery but excludes loss or damage due to theft, robbery, storm.

Personal Accident

This section covers you and your employees against accidental bodily injury up to €20,000 for any one injury.
