Zurich HelpPoint Home and Motor claims app for iPhone and Android Smartphones
Zurich has developed its own home and motor claims app. The app allows its home and motor insurance customers in Ireland to record and report a car or home insurance claims no matter where and when they need it.
The Zurich HelpPoint app allows customers to:
- Contact our Zurich HelpPoint team directly
- Locate the nearest Zurich approved repairers
- Contact the emergency services in the event of an accident
- Capture initial information needed to report a motor or home claim e.g. driver, registration and licence information, type of damage etc.
- Record and send photos of any damage
- Securely submit your claim details direct to our Zurich HelpPoint team
- Request an update on your claim status at any time
- View tips for driving in severe weather conditions and home tips to minimise claims exposure
- New parking locator tool for customers who have trouble finding their car in busy car parks
