How we can help in an emergency
- Where necessary, we will arrange for a contractor to call to your home to deal with your emergency.
- Our approved contractor will provide you with a claim form, assist you with its completion and provide you with an estimate for the work to be carried out.
- If the loss or damage is covered under your policy we will authorise the estimate for the repair work to be carried out or arrange for the replacement of damaged or stolen goods.
- Even if the damage is not covered under your policy, our approved contractor will offer you a specially negotiated rate for the repair or replacement of your property.
This service provides you with peace of mind and also helps to minimise the danger to your property in the event of an emergency.
