In line with best claims practice, vehicle glass claims have a separate procedure as they are simpler to process. Zurich's vehicle glass cover is unlimited provided one of our Approved Windscreen Replacement Agents are used.
Make a Vehicle Glass Claim
- Zurich has partnered with Allglass Windscreens Nationwide Limited to provide a glass repair and replacement service for our customers where cover is in place. If you have windscreen cover on your Policy and wish to report damage to the windows in your vehicle, report your claim online or dial lo call 1890 20 12 12. Our Approved Repairers, Allglass Windscreens, will contact you by return. Their service is available 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year throughout Europe. If you are calling from outside the Republic of Ireland, dial 00 3531 82 712 92. Windows are deemed to include the front, back and side windows but exclude sunroofs, panoramic roofs, mirrors and lights.
- Once your policy provides for windscreen cover and you use Allglass, you are entitled to unlimited cover for repair/replacement of your damaged windows.Otherwise a policy limit will apply.
