There are two simple steps to making a claim:
To notify us of a claim under your policy, contact our 24 hour Claims Assistance Helpline 1890 208 408 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will take some details of the claim and appoint any necessary specialists immediately. We will also appoint a member of our Claims Team to handle your claim and forward you their contact information and an Accident/Incident Report Form by post within a maximum of 24 hours. It is important that you sign and complete this so that we may proceed with your claim as quickly as possible.
