Please include your policy and phone number if possible when emailing Zurich about a claim.

What Happens Next

  • We will take some details of your claim and appoint any necessary specialists immediately.
  • We will also appoint a member of our Claims Team to handle your claim and forward you their contact information.
  • We will send you an Accident/Incident Report Form by post within a maximum of 24 hours.
  • It is important that you sign and complete this so that we may proceed with your claim as quickly as possible.
