Apartment Block Insurance

This policy is designed specifically to meet the insurance needs of apartment block owners. The complete insurance solution is available under one convenient insurance package. This policy includes the following covers:

Buildings

Including loss or damage to the apartment blocks, walls, gates, fences and hedges, tennis courts, terraces, patios, drives and paths.

Covers automatically include:

• Trace and Access in respect of Water/Oil Leakage
• Overhead Cables, Pipes and Drains under Services
• Damage by Emergency Service Vehicles
• Landscaping Damage
• Replacement of Locks
• Employers' Liability is extended to include legal fees in respect of convictions under Safety Health and Welfare at Work Legislation.

Loss of Rent/Alternative Accommodation

Covers any loss of rent receivable sustained by you or any resident or the reasonable extra cost of comparable alternative accommodation, up to a limit of:

• 2% of the Buildings Sum Insured on the damaged apartment block for any one apartment
• 25% of the Buildings Sum Insured on the damaged apartment block in total.

Employers Liability

This covers legal liability for bodily injury or disease sustained by an employee in the course of their employment by you in connection with your business, up to a limit of €13,000,000.

Property Owners Liability

This section covers liability which you, as owner of the Buildings incur as a result of an accident which causes death or accidental bodily injury to a person or accidental damage to material property, up to a limit of €2,600,000.
